How do I know if my booking has been accepted?When you have requested a session with a coach, the coach automatically receives a message to approve your request. Has your request been accepted? Then you will immediately receive an email confirmation. Your planned session will also appear on your dashboard once approved, and you will receive a confirmation in the chat with your coach.
Can I provide my coach with information in advance?You can already provide your coach with additional information when you send your booking. Would you also like to provide information or certain documents afterwards? You can do that via the chat.
Where can I see my bookings?You will see all your sessions immediately on your Dashboard. You sessions are listed chronologically. You can also find all your scheduled sessions in your Calendar (in the menu on the left).
Can I book two consecutive sessions in a row?Yes, you can. A session always lasts 30 minutes. If you want to book two sessions in a row (and thus book a one-hour session with your coach), you can do so by booking two separate sessions, one after the other. Once you have started your session, it will not end after half an hour, and you can stay in the session for the full hour.
