How does Squidll recruit its coaches?
The selection of our coaches is based on a very thorough screening. We start with a critical CV analysis. We pay attention to the general profile, business and coaching experience and assess the potential for a long-term cooperation. This screening is followed by an extensive person-to-person interview with the management of Squidll. After a positive evaluation, we prepare our coaches by diving into our Squidll platform together. -
