Do I need to create a personal account before using Squidll?
Yes! The first step for using our Squidll platform is signing up on https://app.squidll.com/sign-up.
Try to complete your profile as much as possible from the start. That way our coaches have some background information (eg language level, profession) before starting a live lesson with you. You can update your profile by clicking on "Edit profile".

Who can see my account?
None of the other users on Squidll can see your account. Only the coaches you have booked a session with can see certain information so they can assess your language level and your language needs in advance. -
What do I need to select first? The pricing plan or the coach?
As a student you first have to select and buy your credits before booking a live lesson with a Squidll coach. Before you buy any credits, you can scroll through the available coaches of your language choice to have an idea of our in-house expertise and plan your sessions based on that. -
Can I change my coach if there's no match?
With Squidll you can choose your own language coach for every session. All our coaches are experienced in particular domains and topics, which gives you the chance to find out which coach matches your expectations best. -
Can I book a coach for different languages with one price package?
With Squidll you can choose how you use the time acquired through your pricing plan. You can decide to work on one language, but you can also book coaches for different languages if you need multilingual support. -
How can I change my password?
If you want to change your password or if you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by using the "Don't remember your password?" option on the log-in page. -
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account under the ‘Edit Profile’ option.
