Where can I buy minutes?
What pricing plans are there available?Depending on your needs you can choose to buy credits per session or a package of credits for multiple sessions. For more information on our prices, please check all information on our website or click on the ‘Buy More’ button in the upper left corner of your dashboard.
How many minutes do I need for one full live lesson?
One session takes up to 30 minutes and can only be booked when your balance is at least 30 minutes.
Credits are always sold per session of 30 minutes and will be available on your platform in a few minutes. Watch out! If at some point you decide to have a direct call with your coach, your minutes will reduce accordingly.
Can my credits expire?No, your credits have no expiration date. You don’t have to book your sessions within a given time limit and you will never lose your credits.
When can I get a refund?If you cancel your session yourself, you can only be refunded if you cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. If your coach cancels the session, you will of course be refunded the full amount for the session booked.
Where can I find my receipts?
You can find your receipts via your dashboard. Go to "My Wallet" in the menu on the left and click on “Receipts”.
Here you will find a receipt for each payment you have made.
What payment method can I use?
You can pay easily and securely with your preferred payment type. All transactions are processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.
